When you use the contact or consultation form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you provide. We also collect technical information that our hosting provider records automatically when any website is visited, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the visit. This technical data is used to operate and secure the site and is not used to identify you.

This website uses only the cookies technically necessary to make it work.

We do not ask for health information through this website. If you choose to include details about an injury, a condition or your physical state in your message, that information is treated as sensitive personal data. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to design training that is safe and appropriate for you.
